Rex has been practicing for over 10 years, having graduated from The University of Sydney in 2006.
He is an avid sports fan who spends much of his spare time playing basketball and tennis.

Patients who see Katherine frequently comment on her friendly and approachable manner. She is truly interested in helping her community enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle. Her sound knowledge in exercise and diet coupled with her empathy for her clients results in advice that are practical and useful.
When she is not doting around at KARE Health, Kat enjoys creating new dishes in the kitchen and also trotting the globe.

We are a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals who work collaboratively to provide health care to the locals of Inner West Sydney.
Our approach to public health promotion begins with our immediate community, through reaching out to local doctors, local residents, local schools and community health centres to identify the gaps when striving for a well balanced lifestyle. We take advantage of government benefits for our patients to ensure that we can provide equal opportunity to the health services available through the Medicare Program.
Being a multidisciplinary team means that we can often implement team care plans and hold group discussions during our consultations, so that you are involved in all the decision making along the way.
