Thank you for visiting KARE Health.

We understand that in order to achieve great outcomes with our patients, we must build strong relationships with you, their doctors. We will be proactive in trying to understand your needs and those of our shared patients and strive to develop strong and well defined partnerships in order to achieve best health outcomes for our patients.

By offering quality services and creating prompt effective channels of communication between all stakeholders, KARE Health will provide support to the local GPs in achieving improved outcomes for their patient

Our Promise

We aim to make physical activity and exercise a standard part of the disease prevention and treatment model. To improve the health of the community and also reduce long term health care costs, we make the following offers to our patients and their doctors:

  • All patients referred on the Medicare EPC/CDM program will receive 3 months unlimited access to our gym facility.

  • All patients referred under an NSW Workers Compensation or Compulsory Third Party Claim will receive unlimited access to our gym facility for the entire period that their claim is active.

The benefits of exercise have been proven. By providing our patients with the option of doing their exercises in a semi supervised environment, we can have a positive effect on patient compliance and also achieve better results with our treatment programs.

The following questions will aid us in providing a better service to you and your patients. Our goal is to create strong and well defined links with General Practitioners to achieve the best health outcomes for our shared patients.
